Made famous/infamous in 1980's when Shady Character released the James Dean collection and were subsequently sued by the JD foundation making them some of the rarest frames of the era.  Unsold frames were restamped Rebel from the title of his last role, Rebel Without a Cause

Handmade in Japan using Takiron Cellulose acetate and Titanium 16K Gold plated components and Shima Optics Sun lenses.
